Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated ORTHODONTIC DENTAL ASSISTANT (EXPERIENCE IN GENERAL DENTISTRY OR ORTHODONTICS PREFERRED) to join our rapidly growing,state-of-the-art, specialist orthodontic practice in Essendon.

The role will include the following responsibilities:

n

- To provide our patients and their families with warm, friendly, and professional customer service.
n
- Liaising with patients and practitioners
n
- Providing information and education to patients regarding treatment
n
- Providing chairside assistance to our specialist orthodontists and hygienists
n
- Sterilising and maintaining equipment, ensuring that the highest standards of infection control are performed at all times.
n
- General cleaning and re-stocking duties
n
- Clinical photography and intra-oral scanning
n
- Reception and general administrative duties as needed.
n
- Assisting with incoming and outgoing correspondence
n
- Processing payments
n

Ideally looking for FULL TIME- but for the right candidate we can negotiate number of days!

There are NO late nights and NO weekend work

n

WE WILL PROVIDE COMPREHENSIVE ON THE JOB TRAINING SO EXPERIENCE IN ORTHODONTICS, WHILE PREFERRED, IS NOT ESSENTIAL.
