About the role:

Join a highly regarded and growing Brisbane practice and work through a variety of matters across employment, industrial relations and workplace safety, including:
n

- Appearing at the Fair Work Commission.
n
- Providing advice about an employee's suspension or ill-health management.
n
- Drafting submissions in response to a discrimination claim.
n
- Advising on steps to address a workplace conduct complaint.
n
- Getting evidence for an underpayment dispute.
n
- Workplace conduct and psychosocial risk matters.
n
- Responsible workplace incidents and regulator investigations.
n
- WHS prosecutions and coronial inquests.
n

The ideal candidate:
n
n
- 3+ years' PQE inemployment, industrial relations and/or workplace safety.
n
- Strong technical skills and a genuine interest in workplace law.
n
- Experience managing matters and competing priorities.
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
