About the Role

n

As a Labourer, you will be responsible for the safe movement of steel products and materials throughout the site.

n

Key Duties

n

n




- Manual Handling
n
- Moving cages back and forth
n
- Moving trucks and trailers
n
- Assisting with forklift loading operations within the yard
n
- RF scanning and stock control activities
n
- Conducting stock takes and inventory checks
n
- Safely handling long-length and oversized steel products
n
- Liaising with warehouse personnel to ensure smooth operations
n
- General yard duties and housekeeping
n
- Adhering to all site safety procedures and requirements
n

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Experience handling steel, timber, piping, or other oversized materials
n
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, yard, or warehouse setting
n
- RF scanning and stock control experience
n
- Ability to safely manage long and awkward loads
n
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
n
- Reliable work ethic and positive attitude
n
- Ability to pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol Screen
n
