The Chef must be:

- Reliable, level headed, punctual and organised.

- Passionate about what they do, innovative and experienced.

- Work fast, clean and motivate team by leading by example.
n
- Deliver high quality dishes, consistently well, in a fast-paced, busy environment.
n
- Following and enforcing workplace health and safety requirement.
n
- Working with head chef to meet the food and kitchen budget.
n
- Must have own car
n
- Willing to work mornings, nights, weekends & public holidays
n
- This role is looking after the dessert section, experience will be of a distinct advantage, but a great attitude and reliability is a must.
