We are currently seeking a driven and hands-on Branch Performance Supervisor to lead one of our locations and drive outstanding results through strong frontline leadership, operational excellence, and a high-performing team culture.

About the Role

n

As Branch Performance Supervisor, you will take full ownership of branch performance across sales, customer experience, fleet presentation, operations, and team leadership.

n

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will lead from the front, support day-to-day operations, coach your team to perform at a high level, and ensure every customer interaction reflects the premium SIXT experience.

n

You will play a key role in driving branch performance by balancing operational discipline with strong commercial awareness and customer service excellence.

n

Key Responsibilities

- Drive branch sales performance and revenue growth through strong leadership, coaching, and customer engagement
n
- Build and lead a high-performing team focused on accountability, ownership, and results
n




- Create a strong sales culture by coaching team members to maximise every customer interaction
n
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints
n
- Monitor and drive key branch KPIs across sales, utilisation, customer satisfaction, and operational performance
n
- Ensure vehicles and branch facilities are maintained to premium presentation standards at all times
n
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations with a strong focus on efficiency, consistency, and compliance
n
- Manage customer concerns professionally and effectively to support long-term customer loyalty and retention
n
- Support rostering, workflow management, and operational planning to maximise branch performance
n
- Partner closely with your Area Performance Manager to deliver results across the 5 P's - People, Product, Processes, Premises, and Profit
n

About You

You are an energetic, customer-focused leader who thrives in a quick-paced, target-driven environment and enjoys motivating teams to achieve strong results.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

- Proven experience in retail, hospitality, automotive, or service-based leadership roles
n
- A strong commercial mindset with the ability to drive performance and identify opportunities for improvement
n




- A track record of achieving and exceeding sales or operational targets
n
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management capability
n
- A passion for delivering high-quality customer experiences
n
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
n
- High levels of accountability, initiative, and attention to detail
n
- Confidence working with KPIs, reports, and performance metrics
n
- The ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced operational environment
n
- Flexibility to work weekends and peak trading periods
n
- A current and valid Australian driver's licence
n

Vehicle rental industry experience is highly regarded, but not essential.
