- Manage sales budgets and analyse results to determine proactive improvement strategies
n
- Contribute proactively to club sales targets
n
- Manage projected and actual profit and loss levels
n
- Lead delivery of exceptional member experiences and resolve member concerns successfully
n
- Recruit, train and retain staff members
n
- Conduct weekly 1:1s and team meetings with departmental leaders
n
- Conduct annual performance appraisals
n
- Set the club vision, inspire the team and lead the club to sustained success
n
- Build a high-performing team, foster accountability and strengthen the club community
n

Requirements

n

n
- Leadership experience managing a sales team with 5+ direct/indirect reports in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
n
- Experience ideally within the fitness industry
n
- Strong stakeholder management skills
n
- Exceptional verbal, written, and time management skills
n
- Experience managing budgets and monitoring and reporting on P&L;
n




- Ability to engage and inspire a diverse team across club operations
n
