This is a front-of-house role with real responsibility. You'll be the voice of the lab: taking calls, managing enquiries, processing jobs and keeping our systems accurate all while coordinating closely with our production team. Prior dental experience is a robust advantage, as a working knowledge of dental terminology and case types makes this role significantly easier to do well.

Key responsibilities

- Answer incoming calls professionally and handle client enquiries efficiently

- Attend to patients with appropriate patient care
n
- Liaise with the Production Manager on timing of incoming and outgoing jobs
n
- Process incoming jobs and maintain accurate records in our database
n
- Coordinate pick-ups and drop-offs between delivery drivers and dental practices
n
- Manage and align the CEO's diary across lab duties, clinical work and out-of-office appointments
n
- General administrative support to keep the front office running smoothly
n

About you

- Dental or dental laboratory experience preferred
n
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills
n
- Highly organised, autonomous worker with strong attention to detail
n
- Self-motivated with a genuine sense of pride in your work
n
- Sound judgement and common sense - you can prioritise and problem-solve under pressure
n
- Comfortable juggling multiple moving parts (calls, jobs, logistics, diaries) at once

- Reliable and professional, with a team-first attitude
