As a Casual Bartender at Bar Ricci, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional service while working in a quick-paced, premium dining environment.

Key responsibilities

- Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard
n
- Provide outstanding customer service and build rapport with guests
n
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar
n
- Follow RSA requirements and venue procedures
n
- Assist with stock rotation and inventory control
n
- Work collaboratively with the floor and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service
n
- Contribute to a positive and professional team environment
n

About you

- Minimum 2 years' bartending experience in a restaurant, cocktail bar, or premium hospitality venue
n
- Strong cocktail-making skills and beverage knowledge
n
- Wine knowledge is highly regarded
n




- Excellent customer service and communication skills
n
- Professional presentation and attention to detail
n
- Ability to remain calm and efficient during busy service periods
n
- Current RSA Certificate
n
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
n
