We're looking for an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst to support a portfolio of technology and system upgrade initiatives.

n

This role will suit a hands-on Technical BA who is comfortable independently owning the requirements lifecycle and working closely with technical teams, SMEs and business stakeholders to successfully deliver complex system upgrades.

n

You'll take ownership of business analysis activities across technology upgrade and infrastructure-related projects, including:

n

- Leading end-to-end requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation
n
- Facilitating workshops with technical and business stakeholders
n
- Gathering and documenting functional and non-functional requirements
n
- Completing current-state, future-state and impact analysis
n




- Identifying system dependencies, risks and requirements associated with upgrades
n

n

About You To be successful, you'll ideally bring:

n

n
- 5+ years' experience as a Technical Business Analyst
n
- Demonstrated experience working on system upgrade, platform upgrade, technology uplift or infrastructure-related projects
n
- Strong end-to-end requirements gathering and documentation skills
n
- Proven ability to independently lead requirements and stakeholder engagement activities
n
- Solid workshop facilitation skills
n
- Experience working with technical teams in complex enterprise environments
n
