About the Role:

Reporting to the senior leadership team, the Duty Manager will oversee daily operations across multiple departments, ensuring exceptional service standards, operational efficiency, and team performance.

This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for coordinating a diverse hospitality operation including bars, gaming, restaurant service, entertainment, and customer experience. You will lead teams of up to 30 staff, support compliance requirements, manage operational issues, and contribute to the continued success and growth of the venue.

The successful candidate will be a confident decision-maker with the ability to lead from the front during busy service periods while maintaining a strong focus on guest satisfaction and team culture.

Your Skills and Experience:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Duty Manager,



Venue Manager, or Senior Hospitality Management role within a licensed venue
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage large teams across multiple departments
- Strong knowledge of gaming, TAB, Keno, cash handling, beverage operations, restaurant service, and venue compliance requirements
- Current RMLV, RSA, and RSG certifications with a strong understanding of Queensland liquor and gaming regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills within high-volume environments
