The Role:

n

We're looking for an experienced Talent Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of creators and become their trusted partner across career strategy, brand development and commercial growth.

n

Equal parts relationship builder, commercial operator and creative advisor, you'll work closely with talent, brands and agencies to create partnerships that feel authentic, perform strongly and build long-term value.

- Manage a portfolio of creators, providing high-touch support and strategic guidance.
n
- Develop career plans informed by each creator's personal brand, audience and commercial potential.
n
- Advise talent on content strategy, positioning, pricing and brand alignment.
n
- Lead regular check-ins and ensure every creator feels supported, valued and never like another number.
n
- Review talent applications and support the onboarding of new creators.
n

Brand Partnerships and Commercial Growth:

n

- Build strong relationships with brands, agencies and industry partners.
n
- Proactively identify, pitch and secure partnership opportunities for talent.
n
- Negotiate rates, campaign scopes, usage, exclusivity and commercial terms.
n
- Develop long-term brand relationships that lead to repeat work and ongoing partnerships.
n
- Spot emerging categories and opportunities before they become obvious.
n

Campaign Management:

n

n
- Oversee campaigns from initial enquiry through to content approval, posting and reporting.
n
- Ensure every partnership is delivered on time, on brief and to a high creative standard.
n




- Provide thoughtful content direction that protects the creator's voice while achieving campaign objectives.
n
- Coordinate timelines, contracts, approvals and communication between talent, clients and internal stakeholders.
n
- Review campaign performance and use insights to strengthen future strategy.
n

Operations and Reporting:

n

n
- Maintain accurate campaign records, talent dashboards and partnership documentation.
n
- Monitor portfolio performance, revenue and key deliverables.
n
- Ensure contracts, agency policies and commercial terms are followed.
n
- Contribute to improving internal systems as the agency continues to grow.
n

Who You Are:

n

n
- An experienced talent manager or influencer marketing professional with a strong understanding of the creator economy.
n
- 1-3 years experience in Marketing
n
- A natural relationship builder who earns the trust of talent and the respect of clients.
n
- Commercially switched on, with the confidence to identify opportunities, pitch ideas and negotiate effectively.
n
- A clear, thoughtful communicator who can manage talent, brands and internal teams with equal ease.
n
- Culturally dialled in, with a strong understanding of social platforms, content trends and audience behaviour.
n
- Highly organised, proactive and calm when priorities move quickly.
n
- Passionate about creators, personal brands and building careers with longevity.
n

Experience:

n

n
- Demonstrated experience in talent management, influencer marketing, media, partnerships or a related creative field.
n
- Experience managing creator portfolios and delivering branded content campaigns end to end.
n
- Solid negotiation, stakeholder management and communication skills.
n
- A commercial mindset with experience in brand partnerships or business development.
n
- An existing network of brand, agency and industry contacts is highly regarded.
