We are looking for experienced Luxury Bridal Stylists to join our boutiques in Armadale and Brunswick, with permanent part-time and casual opportunities available.

n

This is more than a retail role. As a Bridal Stylist, you will guide brides through one of life's most meaningful moments, combining exceptional styling expertise with genuine connection and outstanding service.

About the Role

n

You will:

n

n
- Deliver a personalised, elevated and memorable bridal experience.
n
- Build genuine relationships with brides and their guests.
n
- Conduct one-on-one appointments and confidently guide brides through our luxury designer collections.
n
- Understand each bride's personal style, wedding vision and preferences.
n
- Provide expert advice on silhouette, fit, fabrics, styling and accessories.
n
- Style complete bridal looks, including gowns, veils and accessories.
n
- Build strong knowledge of luxury bridal designers, collections and current trends.
n
- Confidently guide clients through the purchasing decision while maintaining a warm, non-pressured approach.
n
- Work closely with our alterations and wider team to ensure a seamless client journey.
n
- Maintain exceptional boutique,



gown and presentation standards.
n
- Contribute to boutique sales targets and KPIs while always putting the client experience first.
n

About You

n

We are looking for someone who:

- Has previous experience in bridal, luxury fashion, premium retail or high-end client service.
n
- Has a robust eye for fashion, styling and attention to detail.
n
- Is confident, polished, warm and emotionally intelligent.
n
- Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
n
- Can confidently work one-on-one with clients and manage different personalities and expectations.
n
- Has strong sales ability and commercial awareness.
n
- Is passionate about fashion, luxury and creating exceptional customer experiences.
n
- Is reliable, professional and works well as part of a team.
n
- Is available to work weekends and peak trading periods.
