Scope of Responsibilities

- Assist in managing venue operations, ensuring a high standard of service.
n
- Work collaboratively with the team to implement strategies that enhance customer experience.
n
- Uphold high standards of service, presentation, and product offerings.
n
- Drive financial performance, including budget management and cost control.
n
- Contribute to staff training and development, fostering a supportive and productive work environment.
n
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
n
- Provide leadership and support across various shifts, including a mix of days and nights.
n

Skills and Experience





n

To be considered for this role, you will need:

- Minimum 2+ years' experience in a similar position in hospitality.
n
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
n
- A candidate who is looking for a long term position with potential to grow within the company.
n
- A coachable individual with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
n
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
n
- Flexibility in work schedule, comfortable working both day and night shifts.
n
- RSA, RCG & ARCG certifications are required.
n
