Job Description

Whitehaven Coal's Blackwater Mine is seeking an experienced Reliability and Strategy Superintendent to lead the reliability department, shaping asset strategy and continuous improvement for the electric draglines and shovels.

You will build and mentor a high‐performing team, drive KPI delivery, optimise maintenance strategies, enhance MTBF and fleet availability, and partner with maintenance and operations to achieve safety and regulatory standards.
