Now, we're expanding our Behaviour Support Practitioner (BSP) team in VIC and we need YOU to help lead the way!

What You'll Do
n
n
- Develop and implement proactive, person-centred behaviour support plans (BSPs).
n
- Conduct functional behaviour assessments and create data-driven strategies.
n
- Support the safe and ethical use of restrictive practices where necessary, ensuring all interventions comply with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission regulations.
n
- Collaborate with families, allied health teams, and carers to ensure high-quality support.
n
- Support and train support workers and stakeholders to put BSPs into action.
n
- Continuously review and refine BSPs to match evolving participant needs.
n

What You Bring:

- MUST HAVE: A BSP qualification (Core level or above), registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
n
- Current Working With Children's Check, National Police Check, and NDIS Work's Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
n
- Added bonus: relevant qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or Allied Health (e.g., Speech Pathology).
n
- A commitment to ongoing learning and development in the field of behaviour support.
n
