We're now looking for an experienced Regional Manager to lead, grow and inspire high‐performing allied health teams across the Newcastle and Central Coast.

Job Description

As a Regional Manager, you'll take ownership of both people leadership and business performance, making a real impact across NDIS services in the Greater Newcastle/Hunter/Central Coast region.
n
Leadership & team growth
n
n
- Lead and develop Team Leaders and multidisciplinary Allied Health teams
n
- Create a culture of performance, accountability and care
n
- Support recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning
n
- Coach leaders to achieve service, quality and financial outcomes
n
- Hold regular performance and development check‐ins
n
n
Business & financial accountability
n
n
- Own regional budgets and financial performance
n
- Monitor revenue, utilisation and growth targets
n
- Partner with senior leaders to deliver sustainable outcomes
n
n
Relationships & growth
n
n
- Build robust referral pathways within the NDIS sector
n
- Strengthen relationships with participants, families and stakeholders
n
- Represent Ability Action Australia at networking events and industry forums
n
n
Quality, compliance & risk
n
n
- Ensure services meet NDIS, clinical and quality standards
n
- Proactively manage risk, compliance and continuous improvement
n
- Promote a participant‐first, values‐led approach to service delivery
n
n
Qualifications
n
We're looking for a confident,
people‐focused leader who knows how to balance purpose with performance.
n
n
- Proven experience leading and scaling high‐performing Allied Health teams
n
- A track record of consistently delivering to set financial targets
n
- Background in Allied Health Services/ Health Care Services
n
- Experience in the NDIS sector desirable
n
- Clear, confident communicator who builds trust quickly
n
- Highly organised, outcome‐driven and adaptable
n
