Job Description

NAB in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Industrial Relations Consultant for a 12 month fixed term chance to help shape and expand our IR capabilities. You will work within the People & Culture team, driving adherence to our Enterprise Agreements and IR policies while supporting leaders and colleagues across the business.

You'll monitor regulatory trends, provide strategic IR guidance, and collaborate to strengthen compliance and risk management.
