You will blend discovery, sales, and onboarding to convert prospects into thriving customers, delivering product demonstrations and guiding setup and adoption.
You’ll run 1:1 and group onboarding sessions, focusing on workflows like invoicing, bills, payments, and bank feeds, with collaboration across marketing, customer success, and product teams.
