We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our team at HIRECORP PTY LTD. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding our client base across Victoria. Based from our Tullamarine office, you will play a key role in achieving our growth objectives and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key responsibilities

- Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the market
n
- Developing and executing effective sales strategies to attract and convert recent clients
n
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients
n
- Preparing comprehensive proposals and presentations to showcase our products and services
n
- Collaborating cross-functionally with the wider sales and marketing teams
n
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
n
- Providing regular progress updates and contributing to the development of the sales pipeline
n

About you

n

n
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in a new business development or sales role, within the hire industry
n




- Diesel Pump and Generator experience preferred
n
- Demonstrated ability to identify, qualify and close new business opportunities
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers
n
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to overcome objections and close deals
n
- Proficient in using CRM systems and sales enablement tools
n
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a competitive mindset
n
- Capacity to work both collaboratively and independently
n
