Job Description

IRT Australia is seeking an Aged Care On-Site Pharmacist to join our Milton Residential Care Home. The role is a part time position across 3 days per week, working within a multidisciplinary healthcare team to optimize medication management for residents.

You will collaborate with GPs, on-site nurses and facility staff to improve health outcomes, while delivering person-centred care and addressing medication-related challenges.
