Technical Experience

- CMMS/EAM platforms (e.g. Maximo, UpKeep, Fiix) for multi-site facility maintenance
n
- IoT sensor deployment and integration (fall detection, occupancy, environmental)
n
- Nurse call system modernisation and integration with IoT backbones
n
- Rostering and workforce management systems tied to compliance ratios
n
- Data integration / medallion architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold) across facility + care + financial data
n
- API and middleware experience (REST,



GraphQL, MuleSoft, Azure integration services)
n
- Cloud platform experience (Azure, AWS, GCP) for aged care or healthcare workloads
n
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, or equivalent data/BI stack

Domain & Regulatory Knowledge

- Aged Care Quality Standards (Australia) or equivalent jurisdictional standards
n
- Royal Commission recommendations and resulting reporting obligations
n
- Privacy / health data regulation (e.g. Privacy Act, My Health Records, state health records acts)
n
- Incident management and mandatory reporting frameworks (e.g. SIRS)
n
- Experience working within residential aged care, home care, or retirement living
n
- Familiarity with dementia/memory care technology considerations (wander management, ambient sensors)
