An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced SEO Leadto lead a growing digital Experience capability in Brisbane.

This is a leadership role responsible for client delivery across SEO, generative search optimisation, analytics and reporting, while helping establish the SEO function as a centre of excellence.

n

You'll lead specialist teams, strengthen client relationships and drive commercial, operational and product development across the function.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

- Lead SEO strategy and delivery across key client portfolios.
n
- Oversee SEO, generative search, analytics and reporting services.
n
- Manage and develop Associate Directors, Managers and specialist talent.
n
- Lead resourcing, utilisation and capability planning across client teams.
n
- Build trusted relationships with senior clients and stakeholders.
n
- Track revenue, profitability, scopes, invoicing and commercial performance. Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships.
n
- Drive innovation, quality control and continuous improvement.
n
- Build relationships with technology and platform partners to keep the team ahead of emerging trends.

What We're Looking For

This chance requires an experienced digital leader with the credibility to operate across senior clients, commercial strategy, people leadership and technical Experience disciplines.

We're particularly interested in candidates with:

- Deep experience across SEO, search strategy and digital performance.
n
- Strong understanding of generative/AI search and changing search behaviour.
n
- Experience leading senior client relationships and complex portfolios with proven management of Managers, Associate Directors or senior specialists. A leadership style focused on coaching, collaboration and high performance.
n
- Experience identifying and converting client growth opportunities.
n
- A track record of improving processes, products and delivery standards.
n
- Strong analytics, reporting and measurement capability.
n
- Experience collaborating across strategy, media, technology and performance teams.
n
