We’re currently seeking an experienced Customer Service / Contact Centre Officer to join a high-volume, fast-paced customer service environment on an initial 3-month contract, with potential for extension.
This is a great prospect for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems and working across multiple systems and communication channels.
About the role
You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service across a range of channels, including inbound calls, live chat and administrative requests.
Working as part of a collaborative team, you’ll provide first-contact resolution, process standard transactions and ensure customers receive accurate, timely and professional support.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to a high volume of customer enquiries across phone, live chat and administrative channels.
- Resolve customer enquiries at first contact wherever possible.
- Identify and escape emerging issues,
service disruptions and customer experience trends.
- Accurately document customer interactions and manage workflows across multiple platforms.
- Meet individual and team KPIs and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
What we're looking for
You’ll ideally have:
- Experience working in a customer-centric environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and understand customer needs.
- The ability to adapt quickly and learn new processes, procedures and systems.
- Confidence working across multiple systems and digital platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment.
