ALARA QLD Limited is seeking an experienced Client Service Manager (NDIS) to lead direct NDIS service delivery and rostering across South East Queensland. Reporting to the CEO, you will drive high-quality services, mentor teams, and optimise performance.

You will oversee onboarding, workforce planning, compliance with NDIS standards, and relationship-building with participants, families and referrers. This role requires a hands-on, strategic leader committed to person-centred care.
