Sigma Healthcare is seeking an Operations Manager for its Truganina Distribution Centre in Melbourne. You will lead a large, 300-person team and oversee safety, performance and continuous improvement in a 24/7, 30,000+ pallet setting.

You will report to the State Logistics Manager and partner with senior leaders to drive service levels, productivity and cost efficiency while shaping a high‑performing culture on the shop floor.
