Eden Academy Morphett Vale is looking for a passionate and confident Centre Manager to join our thriving 111-place service, currently operating at 100% occupancy.

We’re looking for someone with strong leadership qualities, a genuine passion for early childhood and the ability to build positive relationships with children, families and educators.

About You

- Has leadership experience within an Early Childhood service
- Is confident, approachable and leads with kindness and integrity
- Builds positive and genuine relationships with families and educators
- Enjoys supporting, mentoring and developing a team
- Is organised, proactive and able to confidently manage the day-to-day operations of a centre
- Is passionate about providing high-quality outcomes for children
- Wants to grow their career with a supportive and expanding organisation

Essential Requirements

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current Child Protection and Food Safety certificates
- Full Australian working rights
