Job Description

- We are looking for an experienced Principal SolutionDesigner with robust expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices,Cloud, and Enterprise Architecture to drive solution design andtechnology strategy for large-scale digital transformation programs. Theideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects,delivery teams, and clients to define scalable, secure, andhigh-performing solutions aligned with enterprise goals.

- The role requires deep technical expertise, architecturalleadership, stakeholder management, and hands-on experience designingmodern, cloud-native applications.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead end-to-end solution design for enterprise applicationsand digital transformation initiatives.
n
- Define architectural blueprints, solution patterns, andtechnology roadmaps.
n
- Design scalable, resilient, secure, and high-performancemicroservices-based applications.
n
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions andarchitecture designs.
n
- Develop HLDs, LLDs, integration specifications, andarchitecture artifacts.
n
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards andbest practices.
n

Technology Leadership

n

- Provide technical leadership for Java, Spring Boot, andMicroservices implementations.
n
- Guide development teams on architecture principles, designpatterns, coding standards, and best practices.




n
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoptionstrategies.
n
- Drive application modernization initiatives, includingmonolith-to-microservices transformation.
n
- Design cloud-native solutions using AWS, Azure, or GoogleCloud.
n
- Architect APIs, event-driven systems, and distributedapplication ecosystems.
n
- Define integration strategies involving REST APIs, messagingplatforms, and third-party systems.
n
- Design containerized solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
n

Stakeholder Management

n

- Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, enterprisearchitects, and delivery teams.
n
- Conduct architecture reviews and solution workshops.
n
- Present technical solutions to customers, executives, andgovernance boards.
n
- Influence technology decisions across programs and portfolios.
n

Quality, Security & Governance

n

n
- Ensure adherence to architecture governance, securitypolicies, and compliance standards.
n
- Conduct architecture reviews, design reviews, and code qualityassessments.
n
- Define non-functional requirements including scalability,performance, reliability, and availability.
n
- Support DevSecOps and CI/CD implementation strategies.
n
- Participate in solution estimation, RFP responses, andtechnical proposal creation.
n
- Support customer presentations, architecture discussions, andsolution demonstrations.
n
- Contribute to effort estimation and delivery planning.

Required Qualifications

n

n
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, InformationTechnology, Engineering,



or related discipline.
n
- 14+ years of experience in software development and enterprisesolution architecture.
n
- Minimum 5+ years of experience designing distributed andmicroservices-based systems.
n
- Proven track record in leading architecture and design forlarge enterprise programs.
n
- Experience working in global delivery and consultingenvironments.
n
