Lead Technical Field Engineer | NV1/NV2 Clearance Required

Are you an Australian Citizen with an active NV1/NV2 Security Clearance and robust technical support experience?

n

We're looking for a Lead Technical Field Engineer to provide first and second‐level support across desktop, server, networking, and software environments.

n

In this role, you'll:

n

n
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, server, and network issues
n
- Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows, and Linux environments
n
- Perform hardware installations, upgrades, and break-fix activities
n
- Support physical and virtual infrastructure environments
n
- Work directly with users to resolve critical technical issues
n

n

We're interested in professionals with experience in technical support, field engineering, desktop support, IT support, or service desk environments.

n

Requirements:

n

n
- NV1/NV2 Autralian Security Clearance (mandatory)
n
- Microsoft 365 / Office 365 experience
n
- Windows and Linux support experience
n
