The General Practitioner will provide comprehensive medical care to residents, working collaboratively with nursing staff, allied health professionals, residents, and families to ensure the highest standard of care.

This role offers the opportunity to build strong relationships with residents and contribute significantly to their health, wellbeing, and quality of life.

- Current registration with AHPRA as a Medical Practitioner.
n
- Fellowship of RACGP or ACRRM (or equivalent qualifications).
n
- Current Professional Indemnity Insurance.
n
- Strong clinical knowledge and experience in general practice.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Commitment to person-centred, compassionate aged care.
n
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

- Previous experience working in Residential Aged Care.
n
- Understanding of aged care legislation, accreditation standards, and quality requirements.
n




- Experience in managing complex geriatric conditions, dementia care, and palliative care.

- Interest in improving health outcomes for older Australians.
