Job Description

Ventia is seeking an experienced Safety (SHEQ) Advisor to support our Rig and Well Services contract across remote Queensland sites on a 15/13 FIFO roster. This roaming role requires hands-on safety leadership across diverse rigs and operations.

You will work with crews and leaders to embed secure work practices, conduct inspections and investigations, and ensure compliance with Ventia's SHEQ systems while adapting to new environments.
