As our Group and Education Sales Coordinator, you'll manage end to end group and education bookings and coordinate program logistics all while ensuring a seamless customer experience for schools, groups and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

n

Behind every unforgettable group visit is someone keeping the details on track! You'll be:

n

n
- Manage and coordinate all bookings from enquiry through to completion, ensuring accuracy, timely responses, and a smooth customer experience.
n
- Provide high-quality customer service and work closely with internal teams (operations, education, park teams) to ensure bookings are delivered as planned and any requirements are communicated clearly.
n
- Answer Groups and Education phone and action e-mails and maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring all bookings, customer details, and interactions are up to date.
n
- Assist with peak periods and planning and support high-volume periods (e.g. group seasons) to ensure workload is managed and service levels are maintained.
n
- Remain up to date on all VRTP products, processes and systems.
n
- Deliver or support education presentations and other group learning activities when required.
n
- Assist Front gate teams with Groups and Education during high-volume periods.
n

What We're Looking For

This role is perfect for someone who's organised,



customer-focused and ready to help create seamless experiences for our Group and Education guests. You'll bring:

- Strong customer service and sales focus.
n
- Knowledge of full product suite of VRTP an advantage.
n
- Superior keyboard skills with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
n
- Ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Ability to work effectively in a team with good communication skills.
n
- Must be available to work on any day including weekends and school holidays with shifts between 8:00am and 5:00pm
