Bass Coast Backyards is seeking a reliable Gardener/ grounds maintenance worker for a full-time role across Phillip Island and the Bass Coast. Year-round work is available in residential and commercial sites, including aged care and high-profile local locations.
The role covers mowing, edging, pruning, weed control and general maintenance using qualified equipment. Gardening experience is preferred; driver’s license is required. Opportunities to grow responsibilities as the business expands.
