High-Ticket Solar Closers – Byron Bay (Pre-Booked Appointments)

OTE: $3,000 – $5,000+ per week | Commission-Based | Full-Time

We're looking for hungry, high-performing closers who know how to convert — not just "talk about sales."

The Opportunity

- OTE $3K–$5K+ per week (uncapped commissions)
n
- Warm, qualified appointments provided — NO cold calling
n
- Sell premium solar & battery solutions (high demand, strong rebates)
n
- Mix of phone-based closing + occasional in-home appointments
n
- Valid driver's licence required for conducting in-home appointments
n
- Full-time opportunity with serious earning potential
n

If you can close consistently, this is a $200K+ income role.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Running pre-qualified appointments (phone + occasional face-to-face)
n
- Presenting tailored solar & battery solutions to homeowners
n
- Handling objections and confidently asking for the sale
n
- Managing your pipeline and follow-ups
n




- Working closely with our ops team to ensure smooth installs
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Proven experience in closing high-ticket sales (solar, finance, property, etc.)
n
- Minimum 1-2 years of high-ticket sales experience required
n
- Experience with transactions valued at $5K+ or higher required
n
- Strong objection handling and confidence asking for the deal
n
- Self-motivated, competitive, and performance-driven
n
- Ability to build trust quickly with customers
n
- Comfortable working on a commission-only structure
n
- Australian work rights required
n
