Camargue Fashion is seeking a highly experienced Store Manager for our James Street boutique in Brisbane. You will lead a team of up to ten, drive sales and uphold Camargue's premium service standards while delivering on monthly budgets.
You’ll be a visible, hands-on leader on the shop floor, coaching staff, building lasting client relationships and personalising service. You’ll manage rostering, stock presentation, and cost base to protect margins, shaping culture and performance.
