Job Description

ShipBob, Inc. is seeking an Onsite Merchant Support Specialist to monitor inventory control at our partner fulfillment centers in Altona, VIC.

n

You will be the sole ShipBob onsite representative, partnering with leadership to resolve merchant concerns and improve operations. The role requires 2+ years ICQA experience in a 3PL or warehousing setting, fluency in English, and proficiency with WMS and RF scanning.
