Customer Service Representative
n Eight Mile Plains | Monday–Friday| $35–$40 per hour + super
n A long-term client of Core Talent is continuing to grow, and we are excited to be recruiting a third Customer Service Representative to join its established call centre team.

The Role

n

Working within a busy and supportive customer service team, your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Managing inbound customer calls and email enquiries
n
- Providing accurate information about products and services
n
- Processing customer requests, bookings and account updates
n
- Responding to questions and resolving customer concerns
n
- Entering and updating information accurately in company systems
n
- Liaising with internal departments to follow up customer requests
n
- Maintaining professional and positive customer relationships
n




- Completing general customer service and administrative tasks
n

n

About You

n

To be successful, you will ideally have:

n

n
- Previous customer service, call centre or administration experience
n
- Confident telephone and email communication skills
n
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills
n
- A positive, helpful and professional attitude
n
- The ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
n
- Strong problem-solving skills
n
- Confidence learning current systems and processes
n
- Flexibility to work additional hours occasionally when required
n
