Your Role

n

As a Support Worker, you'll provide personalised care andsupport to older individuals, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable,and connected to their community. Your responsibilities willinclude:

n

- Providing essential services such as personal care,domestic assistance, meal preparation, and medicationsupport.
n
- Helping clients stay active and engaged through socialsupport and transport services.
n
- Observing and reporting any changes in health or well-beingto the coordinator.
n
- Promoting independence and choice while ensuring a highstandard of care.
n
- Creating meaningful connections with clients and theirfamilies.
n

What We're Looking For

n

We're seeking kind-hearted, proactive individuals who arepassionate about aged care and community services. To be successfulin this role, you'll need:

n

n
- Certificate III in Individual Support or CommunityServices (essential)
n




- A current First Aid Certificate &SA; Driver's Licence (essential)
n
- A reliable vehicle with comprehensiveinsurance (essential)
n
- Experience working with older people in a home caresetting
n
- Excellent communication skills and a strong focus ondignity and choice
n
- The ability to work independently and within a team
n
