Job Description

We are working with a well-regarded architectural practice seeking a technically capable Architect or experienced Graduate to support the delivery of projects across the transport, hospitality and public sectors.

This role is documentation and coordination focused, with a strong emphasis on construction documentation delivery. You will work closely with senior leadership, contributing to project outcomes through high-quality documentation, consultant coordination and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparation and delivery of detailed documentation in Revit (construction documentation focus)
n
- Development of design packages from concept through to delivery
n
- Production of drawings, schedules, and specifications
n
- Coordination with external consultants (engineers, services, specialists) and internal stakeholders
n
- Attendance at client and consultant meetings, contributing to design and technical discussions
n
- Review and coordination of consultant documentation to ensure alignment with design intent
n




- Ensuring compliance with NCC, Australian Standards and NSW planning requirements
n
- Assisting with planning submissions and authority approvals where required
n
- Supporting contract administration tasks including RFIs, site queries and documentation updates
n
- Monitoring programme and assisting in meeting project deadlines
n

Candidate Profile

n

n
- 4-6 years' professional experience within an Australian practice
n
- Robust Revit capability with a focus on documentation
n
- Sound understanding of local codes, standards and approval pathways
n
- Confident communicator with proven coordination experience
n
- Experience on large-scale or complex projects will be highly regarded
n
