Joblink Plus is seeking a Business Leader to lead our Workforce Australia operations across Bathurst, Lithgow, Mudgee and surrounding outreach sites.

n

This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced people leader who is passionate about developing high-performing teams, building strong community partnerships, and creating sustainable employment outcomes for people facing barriers to work.

About the Role

n

n
- Lead, coach and support a team of Employment Consultants across multiple locations
n
- Drive a positive, inclusive and high-performance culture aligned with Joblink Plus values
n
- Monitor business performance and ensure achievement of contractual and organisational outcomes
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, community organisations, training providers and key stakeholders
n
- Provide operational leadership, workforce planning and continuous improvement initiatives across the region
n
- Support staff development through coaching, mentoring and performance management
n
- Ensure quality service delivery, compliance, and adherence to program requirements
n

About You

n

n
- Proven leadership experience in employment services, community services, recruitment, disability services or a related field
n
- Demonstrated ability to lead,



motivate and develop high-performing teams
n
- Strong experience managing performance and achieving results
n
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
n
- A collaborative, values-driven leadership style with a focus on people and outcomes
n
- Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple sites and service delivery locations
n
- Experience within Workforce Australia or employment services is highly regarded
n
