Prospect for an experienced Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing and quality assurance activities across large-scale, business-critical technology programs. You will work closely with delivery teams and stakeholders to ensure solutions are thoroughly tested, risks are managed, and high-quality outcomes are delivered in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Description

- Develop and execute test strategies, plans and governance frameworks.
n
- Lead System, Integration, UAT, Performance and Operational Readiness Testing.
n
- Manage testing across complex technology and business transformation programs.
n
- Coordinate internal teams, vendors and stakeholders.
n
- Monitor defects, risks and quality metrics.
n




- Support release readiness and production deployment decisions.
n
- Drive test automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
n

Profile

n

n
- 8+ years' experience in Software Testing/QA, including leadership experience as a Test Manager or Senior Test Lead.
n
- Strong experience delivering enterprise-scale testing programs.
n
- Expertise in SIT, UAT, integration, regression and performance testing.
n
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
n
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
n
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail or similar tools.
