We are currently looking for a high-impact Team Leader to join our Health Insurance Re-Engagement team. We need a leader who is as comfortable diving into the data as they are jumping on a call to show the team how it's done.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
- Coach & Motivate,
inspire your team daily, creating a high-performing environment.
n
- Monitor agent performance, give constructive feedback, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
n
- Work with the Sales Manager to track and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual team targets.
n
- Help recruit, onboard, and train new lead generation agents, and even mentor emerging team leaders.
n
- Jump in to assist with challenging calls or complex customer queries, always ensuring we're compliant with policies and regulations.
n
- Take charge of key projects that advance the team, and even create fun, short-term incentives that encourage creativity.
n
n
What You'll Bring to the Team
n
n
- At least 2 years in a team leadership role in an outbound call centre.
n
- A solid grasp of customer engagement, sales techniques, and lead generation processes.
n
- You have a genuine passion for staff development and know how to motivate different personalities.
n
- Robust problem-solving and decision‐making skills, especially when things get busy.
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
n
- You're comfortable with CRM software, Google Suite, and can quickly pick up new applications, including outbound dialling tools.
n
- If you know your way around the Health Insurance industry, that's a bonus!
n
