UKG Pro WFM Specialist / Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) Specialist to play a key role in the delivery of a large scale workforce management transformation program.

n

This position will support the design, configuration, testing and implementation of an enterprise wide rostering, timekeeping and leave management solution. Working within a complex and diverse environment, you will collaborate with project stakeholders, business leaders, technical teams and end users to ensure the successful deployment of a fit-for-purpose workforce management platform.

n

The successful candidate will bring strong UKG Pro WFM expertise and a hands on approach to solution design, configuration, testing and business engagement.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide specialist UKG Pro WFM expertise across functional design, configuration, testing and implementation activities.
n
- Support solution workshops, requirements validation and functional design sessions.
n
- Advise stakeholders on UKG Pro WFM capabilities and best-practice workforce management processes.
n
- Review and recommend configuration options, business rules and functional settings.
n
- Translate business and operational requirements into practical system solutions.
n
- Contribute to configuration workbooks, documentation and process mapping activities.
n
- Support system, integration, regression and user acceptance testing.
n
- Assist with defect management, issue resolution and deployment readiness activities.
n
- Work closely with business analysts, solution architects, testing teams, data specialists and integration resources.
n




- Develop knowledge transfer materials and support training activities for administrators and end users.
n
- Identify project risks, configuration issues and process improvement opportunities.
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

n

- Proven experience as a UKG Pro WFM Specialist, Functional Consultant, SME or Business Analyst within UKG Pro Workforce Management or Kronos environments.
n
- Strong understanding of workforce management processes including:

- Time & Attendance
n
- Scheduling / Rostering

- Leave & Accruals
n
- Workforce Analytics
n
- Forecasting
n
- Activities Management
n
- Integrations
n

- Experience supporting large scale system implementation or transformation programs.
n
- Strong requirements gathering and process analysis capabilities.
n
- Ability to translate business needs into effective system configurations and functional outcomes.
n
- Experience supporting testing, defect resolution and deployment activities.
n
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
n
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality delivery.
n

Desirable

n

- UKG Pro WFM certification.
n
- Experience with Kronos Workforce Management implementations.
n
- Exposure to enterprise workforce transformation programs within large, complex organisations.
n
