About the Role
n
We're looking for a HubSpot specialist who understands marketing and can confidently support campaign execution, automation, CRM administration and business-wide HubSpot adoption.
n
Reporting to the HubSpot Enablement Lead, you'll help manage and optimise a mature HubSpot Enterprise setting while supporting teams across Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience and Operations.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Manage HubSpot users, permissions and platform administration
n
- Build workflows, automations and audience segmentation
n
- Support campaign and event execution
n
- Maintain CRM data quality and governance
n
- Create reports, dashboards and business insights
n
- Troubleshoot HubSpot issues and support internal users
n
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
n
- Support HubSpot best practice across the business
n
n
About You
n
You'll bring:
n
n
- 2+ years' experience managing a HubSpot CRM, including Marketing Hub Professional or Enterprise
n
- HubSpot Super Admin, Portal Owner or equivalent experience
n
- Strong workflow, automation and segmentation capability
n
- Experience supporting campaign execution within HubSpot
n
- An understanding of marketing operations and customer journeys
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
n
n
Highly Regarded
n
n
- HubSpot Sales Hub and/or Service Hub experience
n
- HubSpot Certifications
n
- B2B experience
n
- An AI-forward mindset with a genuine interest in emerging technologies and process improvement.
