With an exciting pipeline of projects across Perth, we're looking for experienced Senior Construction & Engineering Surveyors to join our growing team and help deliver some of WA's most significant construction and infrastructure projects.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for experienced Construction & Engineering Surveyors to join our growing team and take ownership of technically challenging construction and infrastructure projects across Perth.

As a Senior Construction & Engineering Surveyor, you'll provide technical expertise, leadership and support to project teams while delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients. With a strong pipeline of work across the Perth metropolitan area, including several projects located south of the river, this role offers excellent opportunities to work closer to home while contributing to significant and rewarding projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Project Delivery & Technical Leadership

Plan, coordinate and deliver construction and engineering survey activities in line with project scopes, budgets and schedules.

Deliver and oversee complex set-out, control, monitoring, verification and as-constructed survey works.

Review survey calculations,



field data and deliverables to ensure accuracy and quality standards are maintained.

Provide technical support and guidance to survey teams and project stakeholders.

Identify technical challenges and implement practical solutions to support project success.

Ensure survey data is managed, stored and delivered in accordance with company standards.

Leadership & Client Engagement

Mentor and support surveyors and field personnel, helping develop capability within the team.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors and project stakeholders.

Support project planning, resource allocation and delivery outcomes.

Contribute to business development and identify opportunities to strengthen existing client relationships.

Provide feedback on market trends, client needs and opportunities for continuous improvement.

HSQE & Operational Excellence

Lead by example in promoting a strong health, safety, quality and environmental culture.

Ensure compliance with RM Surveys' Integrated Management System, project requirements and relevant legislation.

Develop and maintain project documentation including SWMS and project management plans where required.

Participate in toolbox meetings, safety initiatives and occurrence investigations.

Ensure personnel have the required competency and training before undertaking tasks.





Maintain equipment in a safe and operational condition and report any defects or servicing requirements.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will have:

A recognised surveying qualification.

Significant experience in construction and/or engineering surveying.

Advanced technical survey knowledge and experience across a range of construction projects.

Strong proficiency with contemporary survey equipment, software and digital workflows.

Demonstrated experience leading projects, coordinating tasks and supporting the development of others.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong commercial awareness and the ability to balance quality, safety and project outcomes.

A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

A current Australian Driver's Licence.
