Adecco is currently seeking motivated Pick Packers to join a leading distribution centre in Brendale. We have multiple opportunities available across both morning and afternoon shifts and are looking for reliable people who enjoy hands‐on work and being part of a high‐performing team.

Available Shifts

Morning Shift

n

- 5:00am start
n
- Approximately 30 hours per week
n
- 9-day fortnight roster (4 days one week, 5 days the next)
n
- Monday to Sunday operation
n
- $39 per hour
n

Afternoon Shift

n

n
- 2:00pm start
n
- Approximately 30 hours per week
n
- 9-day fortnight roster (4 days one week, 5 days the next)
n
- Monday to Sunday operation

- $39 per hour

Responsibilities

n

In this role, you will be responsible for:

n

n
- Picking and packing orders accurately within a fast-paced warehouse environment
n
- Operating ride‐on Material Handling Equipment (MHE) following training
n
- Selecting, stacking,



and preparing products for dispatch
n
- Repetitively lifting and moving products weighing up to 15kg
n
- Meeting productivity and quality targets
n
- Following secure work practices and warehouse procedures
n
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
n
- Working as part of a supportive team to achieve daily operational goals
n

n

The role is physically demanding and requires candidates who are comfortable being on their feet, moving continuously throughout the shift, and performing repetitive manual handling tasks.

n

Your Profile

n

To be considered, you will have:

n

n
- Full working rights within Australia
n
- Previous warehouse, pick packing, logistics, or distribution experience
n
- Reliable transport to and from work, as public transport access is limited
n
- The ability to repeatedly lift up to 15kg
n
- Strong reliability, attendance, and work ethic
n
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
- The ability to work in a target-driven environment
n
- The ability to pass a pre‐employment medical assessment
n
- The ability to pass a drug and alcohol test
n

n

Previous MHE or warehouse equipment experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.

n
