The Role

We are looking for an energetic and organized Operations Coordinator to manage the end-to-end flow of homecare equipment, medical oxygen cylinders, and rental assets.

n

In this role, you will be the engine room of our daily operations—optimizing delivery schedules, maintaining regional inventory, ensuring fleet compliance, and supporting our field teams.

How You Will Contribute & Grow

n

n
- Delivery & Route Planning: Efficiently schedule daily runs for sleep and home oxygen business lines using smart routing software (Radaro).
n
- Inventory & Asset Control: Order and maintain regional stock levels in compliance with national management initiatives. Conduct regular stocktakes of rental assets and resolve inventory anomalies in our ERP (Great Plains).

- Maintenance & Fleet Oversight: Track vehicle servicing, conduct field/fleet audits, and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance for medical devices (concentrators, regulators, OCDs).

- Escalation & Operational Support:



Manage the Operations Inbox, assist with same-day urgent orders, and act as the first point of escalation for after-hours patient support.

- HSEQ & Team Engagement: Serve as the local contact for Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ). Support the Operations Manager with onboarding, safety coaching, and contractor training.

What We Are Looking For

n

n
- 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, fleet management, or operations coordination.
n
- Proven experience working with ERP systems (like Excellent Plains) and route scheduling/asset tracking applications.
n
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously under competing demands.
n
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
n
- Strong commitment to safety regulations, HSEQ compliance, and quality guidelines.
