Must-HaveSkills

- Robust expertise in SQLand Python(or similar programming languages).

- Deep experience with AzureData Factory (ADF), Databricks, and Azure Synapse.

- Advanced knowledge of DataModelingand Data Warehousing (DWH)concepts
n
- Hands-on exposure to MicrosoftFabricecosystem.
n
- Strong understanding of clouddata architecture and enterprise-scale solutions.

KeyResponsibilities

n

n
- Lead and own end-to-enddata platform delivery, including design, build, and optimization ofscalable data solutions on Azure. (derived from pipeline & engineeringresponsibilities)
n
- Architect and govern datapipelines, data models, and enterprise data platformsusing Azure services.
n
- Provide technicalleadershipto data engineers, reviewing code, enforcing bestpractices,



and ensuring quality delivery.
n
- Drive development of APIs,Azure Functions, and Python-based solutionsaligned with businessneeds.
n
- Oversee cloudinfrastructure managementand ensure optimal performance, scalability,and cost efficiency
n
- Define and implement datagovernance, data quality, and security standards.
n
- Establish and drive CI/CD,DevOps practices, and agile delivery frameworksacross the dataplatform.
n
- Collaborate with businessand technical stakeholders, translating requirements into scalablesolutions and roadmaps.
n
- Mentor team members andbuild capability within the data engineering team.
n

Experience

n

n
- 8+ yearsofexperience in data engineering, with 2–4 years in a leadership role
n
- Proven ability to leadcross-functional teamsand deliver complex data programs.
n

n

PreferredSkills

n

n
- Experience in building enterpriseAPIs and Azure Function Apps.
n
- Exposure to framework-baseddevelopment (proc frameworks or similar).
n
- Experience in stakeholdermanagement, solution architecture, and delivery governance.
n
- Strong ownership mindsetwithability to drive outcomes
n
- Excellent communication andstakeholder management skills
n
- Ability to balance technical depth with deliveryleadership
