To support our rapid scale, we're seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our high-performing team and play a pivotal role in how we design and deploy Salesforce to maximise efficiency, intelligence, and customer engagement.

What You'll Do

As a senior Salesforce expert, you'll:

- Design, build, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce
n
- Leverage Salesforce CRM, ServiceCloud, and Agentforce (Salesforce's latest AI-powered technology) to drive operational speed, intelligence, and automation across the business
n
- Integrate Agentforce with Handy's custom-built customer portal to enhance service, communication, and responsiveness
n
- Lead scalable, maintainable Salesforce development aligned with best practices and enterprise design patterns
n
- Build complex integrations with external systems using APIs, middleware, and webhooks
n




- Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions in collaboration with Product and BA teams
n
- Implement automated testing strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and release workflows
n
- Conduct peer code reviews and mentor junior developers
n
- Maintain strong platform governance and thorough technical documentation
n
- Stay ahead of Salesforce innovations, platform updates, and AI advancements
n

What You'll Bring

- Over 5 years' experience in Salesforce development.
n
- Advanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
n
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modelling, and governor limits
n
- Integration expertise using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms
n
- Proven capability in automating workflows using Flow, Apex triggers, and declarative tools
n
- Familiarity with customer-facing portals
n
- Proficiency in Git, CI/CD, and DevOps tools
