- Developand implement new programs and services to new and existing clients
n
- Leadand development high performing teams to ensure efficient delivery of arange of person centred programs and services
n
- Overseeingservice delivery, innovation and new business opportunities to strengthenoutcomes.
n
- Buildingstrong partnerships with families and community stakeholders.
n
- Ensuringaccurate and timely intake, onboarding, billing and reporting processes.
n
- Upholdingcompliance in safeguarding, WHS, incident management and audits.

Why we want you:

- Tertiaryqualification, minimum Certificate IV in Community Services
n
- 3+years experience in a leadership role, ideally across disability services.
n
- Strongcommercial mindset with experience managing P&Ls;, reporting andperformance outcomes.
n

- Ahands on, proactive leader who gets involved, challenges current educationpathways and drives new ideas!
