Test Lead - Retail Program | 6 Month Contract

We're partnering with a leading retail organisation on a large-scale transformation program and are looking for an experienced Test Lead to drive cross-stream testing across a complex environment.

This is a high-impact role where strong retail experience is essential - you'll be working across multiple systems, integrations, and business functions within a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Key responsibilities:

n

- Lead System Integration Testing (SIT) and end-to-end test phases across multiple streams
n
- Drive defect management, triage, and resolution across business and technology teams
n
- Manage cross-stream dependencies and integrations across complex retail systems
n
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure full coverage of end-to-end customer journeys
n




- Provide clear test reporting, risks, and status updates to senior stakeholders
n

n

What we're looking for:

n

n
- Proven experience as a Test Lead across SIT/E2E phases
n
- Robust retail domain experience (eCommerce, POS, loyalty, order management highly regarded)
n
- Ability to operate in large, complex programs with multiple moving parts
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n
- Hands-on approach with the ability to get into the detail when needed
n

- Hybrid working, 2 days in office

- Short notice periods preferred
